to grant sb st: ban cho ai cái gì.
Ex: I was granted permission to visit the palace ( Tôi được phép vào thăm cung điện)
to help (sb) in doing st: giúp (ai) làm gì.
to help sb (to) do st: giúp ai làm gì.
EX: I need contacts that could help in finding a job (Tôi cần những mối quan hệ có thể giúp tôi trong việc tìm được một công việc.).
This charity aims to help people (to) help themselves (Tổ chức từ thiện này nhằm giúp đỡ người khác để họ tự giúp chính mình.).

to ask for st: yêu cầu cái gì.
EX: I am writing to ask for some information about courses (Tôi viết để yêu cầu thông tin về các khóa học).

on your mind: đang suy nghĩ, lo lắng về điều gì.
EX: You've been on my mind all day (Anh đã nghĩ về nó cả ngày nay rồi).
